ACCESSIBLE FAMILY TRAVEL (AFT) offers accessible travel information to help people with disabilities and other chronic medical conditions gain the confidence they need to travel and live more independent lives. We recognize that not all travel is for pleasure and that many people must travel for medical appointments, school, and work. We strive to bring you a variety of content applicable to all demographics including information about: transportation, accommodations, activities, adaptive technology, and more.
